I had to ask twice-$19.62 for Harmony? All 10 DVDs?

Here’s some breaking news from the PowerFit HARMONY front! I just found out that QVC will be offering all 10 DVDs, the three resistance bands which offer light, medium and heavy resistance AND the guide to tell you how to put it all together for just $19.92!! I literally had to ask twice just to confirm as this is certainly an amazing deal and before I spread the word I wanted to double check to be sure it was true!

Are you using the right amount of resistance?

In order to get the most out of your workouts, you want to be sure you feel challenged, yet you can still complete the set with good, clean form. And regardless of your level, different muscle groups require different amounts of resistance. For example, your legs can handle a much heavier weight load performing a squat move than your triceps can handle in a kickback exercise whether your just starting out or someone who’s been lifting for years.
At least once a month make a point to do a workout where you intentionally try to increase your resistance on at least the first few reps of your exercises to see if maybe you’ve been working out too light. With PowerFit Harmony you’ve got the pink band for your lightest resistance, then the purple for intermediate, then the green is heaviest. If you need even more resistance, feel free to add in dumbbells where it makes sense such as on the squats and dips.
And some days you may feel like lifting heavier than others which is just fine… that’s one of the great things about the journey of fitness – you can have a really strong day and then perhaps take it really light another…but make sure that generally you’re challenging yourself and over time you’ll certainly get more out of your workouts.
