Welcome to the WeightWatchers Exercisers!

Recently WeightWatchers released two new workouts I shot for them, Punch (Kickboxing) and Belly, Butt and Thighs (Stability Ball) and I just wanted to extend a special welcome to those of you who are just discovering me through those projects.
First and foremost I want you to know that I believe every single one of us is fearfully and wonderfully made and that God intends for us to live healthy, joyful lives. Secondly, my passion is helping others live healthy lives so if you ever have a question or comment for me, don’t hesistate to ask.
